Significance: Through this tool, users can intuitively understand of the interaction between multiple omics. Users can also combine their own multiple omics with those in Omcis3D by uploading files to the Custom Tracks panel.
Input: In this section, users need to select the organ, omics, and group they want to study and add the corresponding visualization files to the Browser.
Output: In this section, users will be free to visually observe multiomics interactions of intergenic regions/genes depending on their choice.
